Targets and goals:

Popularization of Russian musical culture, establishment and development of cultural exchanges of Slavic countries; popularization of the musical culture and singing traditions of the Slavic countries; identifying talented performers and promoting the growth of performing culture and excellence.


Competition procedure and conditions:

The competition is open to candidates of any age and nationality. In 2021, the competition is held in ONLINE format.


Registration for the X International Festival-Competition of Slavic Music «Bless me, my talisman» must include:

Completed online application on the competition website.

Youtube links to the candidate's competitive videos. Video recordings of a live performance filmed on a static camera (without editing elements, gluing frames, overlaying audio tracks) are allowed for the competition. Videos must not be older than 2 years. The video must be publicly available.



Vocals (soloists, duets, trios, choirs and ensembles, including folklore. In the Vocal nomination, the genres of academic, pop or folk vocal are distinguished separately).




Age categories:

Up to 9 years old; from 10 to 12 years old; from 13 to 15 years old; from 16 to 18; from 19 to 25, over 25 (adults); mixed group.

In groups from 19 to 25 years old and over 25, the nomination "Professional performance" is allocated in the presence of a document confirming musical education (certificate of study or diploma of completion).

Each team, participant of the competition can take part in any number of nominations.

The audition is held in 1 round.



Participants in all nominations perform any two Slavic compositions (Slavic - these are Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, Bulgarian, etc.). It can be a Slavic composer or lyricist, or folk music.

It is unacceptable to perform with a backing track.



The winner of the Grand Prix of the festival-competition is one contestant from any nomination with the highest number of points.

The winners in each nomination are awarded the 1st place, the 2nd place, and the 3rd place.

A special prize is awarded for the best performance of an opera aria.


Registration fee for participation in the competition:

Soloists - 20 euros, ensembles and choirs - 40 euros.

You will receive an invoice for paying the entrance fee with your contact details by e-mail within one day after filling out the online application. The payment term is 5 working days after receiving the invoice.

In the appointment of the transfer, you must indicate the "Application fee" / "Entry fee" /, as well as the name and surname of the participant.

The organizer can exempt several participants from the payment of the entrance fee, upon prior request indicating (valid) reasons. Application deadline: 01 November 2021

The organizing committee will only consider correctly completed applications.

The results of the competition will be announced on the website of the competition until November 30, 2021. Diplomas will be sent to participants by e-mail specified in the application.

The jury's decision is final.

The jury may award any of the prizes to multiple competitors.

The jury has the right to award additional prizes.

When submitting an application, the competitor (or his legal representatives) agrees with the above rules.

The organizer of the competition has exclusive rights, extending to all countries, to broadcast, audio / video recording, publication, production and distribution of materials for all rounds of the competition, as well as all competition events, including the closing ceremony of the competition, holding master classes, performances in the final and other concerts associated with the competition. The organizer of the competition has the exclusive right to use the recorded audio / video / photo material free of charge and without obtaining permission from the participants of the competition, accompanists, as well as members of the jury who took part in master classes and concerts during the competition.

The right of the final decision on all issues arising in the process of organizing and conducting the competition remains with the Organizing Committee of the competition. In case of violation of the rules of the competition, the Organizing Committee and the jury have the right to remove the participant from the competition.
